April Shibley Joins WCTK/Providence as Promotions Manager

Hall Communications has named April Shibley as Promotions Manager for WCTK-FM Cat Country 98.1 in Providence. She had previously served in the same capacity for Cumulus Media (WNSH, WPLJ, WNBM and WABC) in New York City. Shibley will manage promotions for Hall Communications stations in Providence RI and New Bedford MA.
"April is a true industry pro, and we are thrilled to have her join us in Providence," said Bob Walker, Vice President of Programming for Hall Communications. "Cat Country is a very promotionally active radio station and she is the right person to lead that charge."
"I'm excited to join Hall and be a part of Cat Country 98.1's 30th anniversary year," said Shibley. "Rhode Island is such a great place to live and I can't wait for summers on Narragansett Beach." Current Cat Country 98.1 Promotions Coordinator Lindsay Morrison will segue into WCTK sales full-time.
