Westwood One Podcast Network has announced the hiring of four production experts -- Madena Parwana, Lou Pellegrino, Lou Pellegrino and Sarah McCrory -- who are taking on new roles to enhance the network's exceptional audio content. All four individuals will report to Executive Editor John Wordock.

Madena Parwana is named Senior Producer, Core Content. She will help manage and produce podcasts that cover news, lifestyle and entertainment, sports and business/money. Lou Pellegrino is the Senior Producer/Development. He'll manage and assess in-bound podcast pitches as well as help to develop pilots and shows. Rebekah Wineman is tapped as an Audio Mixing Engineer/Studio Technician, where she will support post-production, sound quality, field engineering, and studio maintenance. Sarah McCrory is named Associate Producer. She will support hosts, help edit & produce shows and book guests.

"This latest round of hiring further demonstrates Westwood One's commitment to quality and scale as we grow our podcast business and serve our extraordinary partners and content providers," said Wordock. "Madena, Lou, Rebekah, and Sarah have diverse and distinctive skill sets that will greatly contribute to the success and evolution of podcasting at Westwood One."

Parwana previously served as a producer and associate producer in the Global Radio Division of Bloomberg LP. She produced Bloomberg's Masters in Business and The Business of Sports podcasts. She was also senior podcast producer and co-host of Unique Radio with Will Castro, and worked as an associate producer/board operator for SiriusXM and as a live TV podcast producer for Inravio.com's The Gina Cutillo Show.

Prior to joining Westwood One, Pellegrino was the executive producer of Podcasts for Cadence 13 where he produced "The Woj Pod" and was involved with "Pod Save America." He also served as a producer for NBC Sports Radio and an associate producer for DirecTV, and worked as a freelance producer for "The Dan Patrick Show" and MSG Networks.

Wineman previously worked as an audio engineer for The Wall Street Journal, where she mixed the "What's News" podcast. In addition she served as a mixing and mastering engineer for NPR's Latino USA and In the Thick. She also worked as a concert recording coordinator for McGill University and handled live sound recordings for the Aspen Music Festival.

Before joining Westwood One, McCrory worked as a production coordinator and podcast coordinator for Fox News Channel in both New York City and Washington, DC. She worked on the podcasts Livin' the Bream and The FOX News Rundown.
