This week marked the launch of Cadence13's "Yoga Girl Daily," a daily five-minute podcast hosted by internationally acclaimed yoga teacher, author and entrepreneur Rachel Brathen. Known as "Yoga Girl," she has two million followers on Instagram @Yoga_Girl.

The program is a spinoff of Brathen's weekly Cadence13 podcast "Yoga Girl: Conversations from the Heart." Brathen offers nuggets of wisdom, guidance and clarity designed to help listeners find balance, embrace and accept personal challenges.
