Bustos Media Closes on Purchase of KRCW-FM/Tri-Cities

Bustos Media Holdings has closed on its previously announced acquisition of 19.5kW Regional Mexican KRCW-FM (96.3) Tri-Cities, WA, from Farmworkers Educational Radio Network for $200,000. The purchase gives Bustos its ninth FM station in Eastern Washington. Bustos began operating the station under an LMA last May, when it became part of the popular La Maquina radio network.

"La Maquina is our third radio network and we are looking forward to expanding it rapidly," said President/CEO Amador Bustos.

Kalil & Co. was brokered the transaction.
