iHeartRadio Broadway has announced today a partnership with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS to stream Disney on Broadway 25th Anniversary Concert on Monday, April 13. Donations to the Emergency Assistance Fund will provide urgent access to health care and immediate financial assistance to those onstage, backstage and behind the scenes in the theater and entertainment community who are sick, out of work and struggling during this evolving pandemic.

Presented onstage on November 4, 2019, "Celebrating 25 Magical Years of Disney on Broadway" featured a cast of 79 performers and a 15-piece orchestra. The sparkling silver anniversary event at the New Amsterdam Theatre, home to Disney's "Aladdin," raised over $570,000 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The live stream will give Broadway fans around the country the opportunity to see the concert, as well watch exclusive interviews with some of the performers.

American actor and singer Ryan McCartan, known for "Frozen" and the TV show "Liv and Maddie," will host the live stream from his family's basement and will interview special Disney on Broadway stars from their homes, throughout the evening. The show also includes a reunion of 18 Newsies from the show's Broadway and national touring productions, and a moving performance from Broadway Inspirational Voices musical group.

"iHeartRadio Broadway is thrilled to join Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS to present the Disney on Broadway 25th Anniversary concert to benefit the COVID-19 Emergency Assistance Fund," said iHeartRadio Broadway Director Sarah Jane Arnegger. "The concert in November was truly magical and we hope by sharing it with our listeners that we can raise critically needed funds while bringing an evening of joy to many."
