Bob Lawrence Exits Saga Communications After 5 Years
RADIO ONLINE | Wednesday, July 1, 2020 |
Saga Communications VP/Programming Bob Lawrence has resigned from the company, effective immediately. He joined the radio group in 2015 as Vice President and Group Program Director. Lawrence previously served as President and CEO of Pinnacle Media Worldwide, a company that worked with radio clients in the areas of strategic research, product direction and brand focus.
Before Pinnacle, Lawrence served as Operations Director and Program Director of then Clear Channel's KIOI-FM/San Francisco from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with Broadcast Architecture as Senior Executive Vice President where he designed digital music testing for radio outlets.
Lawrence reportedly said, "It's 100% my own decision as it's just the right time. Saga is a great company and they've truly been fabulous to me. It's been a wonderful ride for over 5 years. I'm just ready for a lifestyle change and new opportunities yet unseen."
