Tommy BoDean Named BM for University of Florida Stations

The University of Florida appoints veteran radio programmer Tommy BoDean as Brand Manager and air talent for WRUF-FM (103.7 The Gator) and CHR "GHQ" (W237EJ & WUFT-FM-HD3) in Gainesville, FL, effective May 24. He spent the past two years as Operations Manager for Cumulus Media's four-station cluster in Melbourne, FL, and Program Director for CHR WAOA-FM and Country WHKR (102.7 The Hitkicker).
Previously, BoDean served as SVP/P of iHeartMedia in Jacksonville, FL, and PD for Cumulus CHR WNFN-FM in Nashville. Prior to that, he was Program Director of WSWD-FM in Cincinnati, OH, and was Operations Manager for Clear Channel, then iHeartMedia in Cincinnati.
BoDean is a board member of Laugh for the Troops, a non-profit that helps veterans suffering from PTSD, and has been part of St. Jude Hospital's "Angel" Program and the Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure."
