Alpha Media Hot AC KLAK-FM/Tom Bean, TX, has shifted back to AC and its heritage "K-Lake"branding. KLAK had dropped the "K-Lake" moniker in 2006 in favor of the frequency and call letters and later shifted from AC to Hot AC in 2016. The moniker comes from Lake Texoma which straddles the Texas/Oklahoma state line around the Sherman-Denison TX market. KLAK also serves the northern suburbs of Dallas.

With the rebranding, KLAK is now positioning as "Today's Hits, Yesterday's Favorites." No changes were made to the on-air lineup, which continues to feature the syndicated "Sandy Show"hosted by Sandy McIlree and his wife Tricia in mornings and Content Director Alan Freemont in afternoons. Talent from Westwood One's AC format will air in other dayparts including Andrea Jaxson in middays and Jay Michaels at night.
