Results Radio Hires Zander as Classic Rock Format Captain

Results Radio appoints Mark Zander as Classic Rock Format Captain for the company's Classic Rock stations KTHU (Thunder 100.7) in Chico CA and KHRD (Red 103.1) in Redding CA, beginning December 5. He replace KTHU PD Ron Woodward, who departs the company and KHRD PD Olivia Henderson, who exited the radio industry in August. Zander arrives from the city of Chicago where he served most recently as an air personality on WMVP-AM (ESPN 1000).

Zander's previous experience includes OM roles for WXRX-FM and WNTA-AM in Rockford, PD roles for PD for WRME-LP in Chicago, WERV-FM in Aurora IL, WRQX-FM in Joliet IL, KLKX-FM and KKZQ-FM Palmdale CA and a air personality for WDRV-FM, WZZN-FM, WLUP-FM and WCKG-FM Chicago. Zander has also served as a broadcasting instructor at Columbia College Chicago. He was creator, host, and producer of the syndicated programs "The Rockin' 70's" and "The Rockin' 80's" and owner/operator of 4Cmedia, a content production company.

Results Radio SVP Dave Shakes said, "Our 2 classic rock stations are poised for new growth with Zander's leadership. This is an exciting development for Results Radio as we enter 2023".

Zander added, "I've known Dave and his work for years. When the opportunity arose to work directly with him and the Results Radio teams in both Chico and Redding, I jumped at the chance! I happily leave my parka and mittens back in the Midwest. Let's rock."
