Host Meredith Chen is an AFAA-certified personal and group fitness trainer with over 15 years of experience. Each week, the program examines a wide range of topics including physical and mental wellness, nutrition, positivity and the motivation seniors and families need for leading healthy and active lifestyles.

Chen said, "We hope to reach a wider audience and help shed more light on important topics regarding physical fitness, mental health, and wellness that matter most to seniors as we continue to roll out podcast episodes now and into the future.
