Results Radio Country KNCQ-FM (Q97)/Redding, CA, Program Director and afternoon personality Rick Healy is retiring, effective September 30. Healy returned to company in 2006 as Operations Manager overseeing Rhythmic CHR KEWB-FM, AC KESR-FM, Classic Rock KHRD-FM, Country KKXS-FM and Country KNCQ-FM. In 2011, he relinquished OM duties to become Program Director of Q97.
