AdLarge adds HR Besties to the company's podcast portfolio. Further expanding the collection of female creators to the AdLarge and fwd. network, the program is hosted by the three human resources experts who are behind some of social media's most popular HR accounts. With followings of over 3.7 million on TikTok and Instagram alone, the "HR Besties" are known for sharing their honest yet entertaining experiences and perspectives as well as their hilarious takes on HR nightmares that "may or may not be based on true events."

Covering topics from cringy corporate speak, to difficult conversations in the workplace, to the watercooler gossip, the "HR Besties" podcast examines the daily nuances of the typical nine-to-five workday through the lens of three professionals who have been there and done that. Through their podcast, hosts Leigh, Jamie, and Ashley share truths on not only how to work through challenging workplace situations, but also how to get ahead of them, and ultimately prevail.

The HR Besties commented, "Joining AdLarge and the fwd. network, focused on female voices, allows us to merge our business and life experiences into a much-needed community. It's an exciting step forward in amplifying diverse perspectives in the professional world. Everyone's always welcome at our table."

Episodes drop weekly every Wednesday and Friday and can be found wherever you listen to podcasts.
