Hope Media Group (HMG) has announced key internal promotions within its leadership team. COO Tim Dukes is elevated to President of HMG. In his new role, he'll continue to oversee day-to-day operations. Dukes' new title aligns with the positive influence he's had on the ministry and gives him the authority necessary to expand HMG's scope through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

Desiree Gonzalez is promoted from Chief Financial Officer to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Her role expands beyond financial responsibilities to include oversight of Human Resources, Data Management, Software Engineering, Legal and Compliance and other core operational functions. HMG says her leadership has ushered the ministry into a new season of efficiency.

Shawn Hill has been promoted to Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance. He'll now oversee both Finance and Accounting for Hope Media Group. Hill's expertise will be instrumental in driving HMG's growth strategy and ensuring robust financial health for the organization.

Joe Paulo, previously President & CEO, will now hold the title of CEO, streamlining his role as he continues to guide HMG through its next phase of growth. Dukes and Paulo will collaborate closely on strategic opportunities to enhance HMG's mission and results.

Paulo stated, "Healthy things grow, and growing things change. These promotions highlight our commitment to nurturing internal talent and expanding our leadership capacity to drive continued growth and innovation for the ministry."
