Beasley Names Lamar Smith Director of Corporate Engineering

Beasley Media Group elevates Lamar Smith to Director of Corporate Engineering. Smith, who has been with the company since 2011, most recently served as Vice President of Engineering. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities across Beasley's 57 radio properties in the U.S. Smith, will officially begin his new position on September 1 and will continue to be based in Charlotte.

"Lamar's commitment, dedication and experience are exactly what we need as the organization continues to evolve and innovate into the future," said Beasley Media Group CEO Caroline Beasley.
