His previous radio stints include KGGI/Riverside, KQXR/Bakersfield and WZKS/Nashville.

According to KKLZ's web page, "We want to thank Larry for his dedication and hard work throughout the years. He had taught us so much and had made 96.3 KKLZ a special station. We're proud to have worked and learned from Larry. This is not goodbye but a 'see you later!"'

KKLZ PD Mike O'Brian said, "After spending 17-18 years programming with Larry Martino, you find out he is an incredible talent, has an amazing work ethic, and is a true radio pro who made KKLZ that much better."
