New Appointments to NAB Radio Board of Directors Announced

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) has appointed three new members to its Radio Board of Directors, filling existing vacancies. The appointments, made by Radio Board Chair Collin Jones, take effect immediately.
Inner Banks Media President Henry Hinton, Univision Networks Group at TelevisaUnivision President Ignacio Meyer, and Cumulus Media Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Marketing Shoshana Shapiro are the new appointees.
As the head of Inner Banks Media, Henry Hinton operates five FM stations in Eastern North Carolina and hosts the syndicated show, "Talk of the Town." His previous roles include presidency at the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters, and his contributions to the industry have been recognized with multiple awards, including induction into the North Carolina Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 2015.
Ignacio Meyer is known for his extensive background in the media, music, and entertainment sectors. At TelevisaUnivision, he manages programming strategy and operations for the company's leading networks in the U.S., including Univision and UNIMAS. Meyer's work has earned him spots on Billboard's Latin Power Players list for two consecutive years.
Shoshana Shapiro has been with Cumulus Media since 2015, steering the company's communications and marketing strategies. Recognized for her role and leadership, Shapiro serves on the company's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee.
