Brian Kelly has stepped down from his role as Vice President of Top 40 Programming and Cluster Operations Manager at Audacy Milwaukee. He also held the position of VP of Programming for Major Networks. Kelly's departure marks the end of a tenure that spanned nearly 30 years.

He first joined 103.7 Kiss FM in 1995, leading its transition to a CHR format. Over the years, he played a key role in shaping the station's identity and was later appointed CHR/Top 40 Format Captain for Entercom, before the company rebranded as Audacy.

Throughout his career, Kelly worked with Heritage Media, Entercom, and Audacy, leaving a lasting impact on Milwaukee's radio scene and beyond.

In a memo to staff, Audacy Milwaukee SVP/Market Manager Jason Bjorson acknowledged Kelly's contributions:

"After 29.5 years, Brian Kelly has resigned as our Vice President of Top 40 Programming and Operations Manager.

Brian's leadership was instrumental in the success of 103.7 Kiss FM and 99.1 The Mix. Under his guidance, these stations became dominant forces in the Milwaukee radio market, with popular morning shows like Alley and DZ, Elizabeth and Radar, and others throughout his tenure. His influence extended beyond Milwaukee, helping shape Audacy's Top 40 stations nationwide.

Brian was an invaluable partner over the past year and a dedicated professional. I truly enjoyed working with him and learning from him. He was passionate about mentoring and supporting our team, and I know he will miss working with all of you."

Kelly's next move has not yet been announced.
