Will Calder Departs Audacy's Miami and Orlando Outlets

Will Calder has reportedly departed from his roles as Director of Programming and Operations at Audacy's Classic Hip Hop WPOW (Power 96) in Miami, as well as Brand Manager at Hot AC WOMX (Mix 105.1) in Orlando.
Calder, who had a previous stint at Power 96 from 2013 to 2018 as Assistant Program Director & Music Director and midday host, returned to the station in May. 2022. He was named Brand Manager for WOMX in June 2023. Prior to these roles, Calder also held leadership positions at Cox Media Group's CHR outlets WPOI (Hot 101.5) in Tampa and WPYO (Power 95.3) in Orlando before their sale.
Beginning his career in radio in 2001 with the former Dance triplecast WKIE, WKIF & WDEK (Energy 92.7 & 5) in the Chicago area, Calder later moved on to roles such as Production Coordinator at Entercom Milwaukee and Production Director & Assistant Music Director and air personality at the now-defunct WXRK (92.3 Now) in New York.
Following Calder's departure, his responsibilities at Power 96 and WOMX will be held during the interim by Miguel "Mijo" Irizarry, Brand Manager of Power 96, WAXY-AM (Radio Libre 790) in Miami, and WQMP (102 JAMZ) in Orlando.
