Hope Media Group (HMG) has promoted Kristin Alexander to the newly created position of Chief of Staff, effective October 1. The role was established as part of the organization's continuing expansion and efforts to strengthen operational alignment.
Alexander has been with HMG for more than seven years, contributing across multiple areas including events, executive support, and donor operations. The company said her cross-functional background and ability to collaborate across departments prepared her for the expanded responsibilities.
"As Hope Media Group continues to grow, this role will help us stay clear, connected, and effective," said HMG CEO Joe Paulo. "Adding a Chief of Staff strengthens how we serve our mission with clarity and focus. Kristin Alexander is uniquely equipped for this role, bringing both broad experience and deep passion for our organization."
Prior to joining HMG, Alexander spent more than 15 years working with executive leaders in consulting, construction, and medical fields.
