NBCUniversal has renewed its partnership with iHeartMedia, naming the company its exclusive audio partner for the upcoming Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games, set for February 6-22, 2026.

Under the agreement, iHeartRadio will offer 24/7 play-by-play audio channels featuring NBCUniversal's linear coverage of the Games, including U.S. team events in ice hockey, figure skating, skiing, snowboarding, and more. The network will also produce Olympic-themed podcasts and promote NBCU's comprehensive Olympic programming.

"Coming off the tremendous success we had in Paris, we're excited to renew this partnership with iHeartMedia and provide fans with the best Olympic audio content," said Aileen Sokol, VP of Content Partnership Development for NBC Sports. "This partnership allows iHeart's extensive audience to hear NBCU's Olympic coverage away from their televisions and screens."

The partnership will also see the return of "Two Guys, Five Rings," the original iHeartPodcast hosted by "Saturday Night Live" star Bowen Yang and actor-comedian Matt Rogers. The new season will launch in January, running weekly through the Olympic Closing Ceremony.

Additionally, iHeartPodcasts will produce Olympic-focused episodes from several of its popular shows, including Stuff You Missed in History Class, Ridiculous History, Dudes on Dudes with Gronk and Jules, and Malcolm Gladwell's Revisionist History.

Michael Biondo, President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships for iHeartMedia, said, "We're eager to build upon our relationship with NBCUniversal and once again deliver premium audio coverage of the Olympic Games... connecting audiences with the athletes they love."

NBCUniversal's coverage of the 2026 Milan Cortina Olympic Winter Games will air on NBC and stream on Peacock, with the Paralympics scheduled for March 6-15, 2026. NBCUniversal holds U.S. media rights to the Olympic Games through 2036.
