Ballerini to Host WO's ''Summer Kick Off'' Special

ACM "New Female Vocalist of the Year" Kelsea Ballerini will host Westwood One's Summer Kick Off music special. It's a four-hour Memorial Day weekend special broadcast, available to stations nationwide. Ballerini is the first female solo artist in 15 years to hit #1 with her first two Country singles, and one of only 11 women to have ever hit the top of the charts with a debut.

Ballerini will officially kick off summer with a roster of A-list Country stars who will provide the music and share holiday stories, including Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line, and more. In addition to the festivities, the show will also observe the Memorial Day holiday by honoring America's fallen heroes.

Stations can air Westwood One's Summer Kick Off with Kelsea Ballerini any time Saturday, May 28 through Monday, May 30 between 6am and midnight.
