Community Broadcast Partners Acquires KRBL/Lubbock

Community Broadcast Partners of Abilene, TX has agreed to purchase 25kW KRBL-FM (105.7) licensed to Idalou, Texas and serving the Lubbock market from Walker Radio Group. The buyer is headed by David Klement who owns and operates two FM stations serving Abilene. The seller is headed by David Walker who has no other broadcast interests. KRBL was sold out of bankruptcy, with a winning bid of $150,000.

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group served as the broker in this transaction.
