Intrepid Companies Closes on KDVB-FM (V100)/Topeka

Intrepid Companies LLC, has closed its acquisition of 250w Rock KDVB-FM (V100)/Effingham (Topeka), Kansas, from Cumulus Media. Intrepid Co. is headed by Don Sherman, who plans to relocate the station's tower closer to Topeka, and upgrade its signal to Class C2. Eddie Esserman of Media Services Group's Saint Simons Island, GA, office represented the seller in this transaction.
