Township Media to Acquire KFIT-AM in Lockhart-Austin TX


Township Media LLC (other station assets only) and Fortview Ventures (real property only) headed by CEO Daryl O'Neal has agreed to acquire 2kW KFIT-AM (1060)/Lockhart-Austin, TX from KFIT Inc., headed by President Darrell E. Martin. The purchase price was $695,000 cash at closing - $555,000 for other station assets and $140,000 for real property. John W. Saunders was the exclusive broker for the transaction.
