Loud Media to Acquire Four Outlets in Knoxville TN

Loud Media has agreed to acquire four outlets in Knoxville, TN from Blount Broadcasting Corp. Included in the deal are 1kW Classic Country WGAP-AM (1400), 1kW Sports WKVL-AM (850), and their associated translators W290DJ (105.9) and W265DR (100.9). Loud Media is a local radio company owned by Aaron Ishmael and Ricki Lee.
Loud Media's Ricki Lee said, "Acquiring these two heritage stations further shows our commitment to the Knoxville TN market. We are excited to be expanding our footprint and very much look forward to sharing our plans for these signals on completion. The acquisition is subject to FCC approval and Loud Media expects to close on this transaction in Q3 of 2022.
Loud Media also owns stations in New York, Tennessee and Colorado.
