Hispanic Evangelical Broadcaster Acquires KDYL/Salt Lake

Iglesia Pentecotal Vispera Del Fin, a non-profit group owner based in Seattle, has agreed to acquire 10kW KDYL-AM (1060) in South Salt Lake City from Radio Activo 3 LLC for $390,000. Since 2019, KDYL has served Spanish-speaking audiences and is now being purchased by a Hispanic evangelical broadcaster headed by President of the board Arturo Gonzalez. Eric Palacios is principal owner of Radio Activo 3 and also owns KXU-FM and KADD-FM in Las Vegas.

The transaction was brokered by Kozacko Media Services.
