EMF Closes on Acquisition of KXXF in Beaumont-Port Arthur

Educational Media Foundation has closed on its previously announced acquisition of 50kW Classic Hits KXXF-FM (105.3) in Winnie, TX serving Beaumont-Port Arthur, TX with a city grade FM signal from Excel Media LLC. The purchase price was $610,000. The deal was brokered by Dave Garland Media Brokerage for the seller and by Andrew Guest of Guest Technology LLC for the buyer.
