DLC Media, owned by Dave Crooks, has agreed to sell six stations in Indiana and Illinois to two buyers, after Crooks has announced his retirment from broadcasting. JKO Media will acquire the company's three outlets in Terre Haute, IN for an undisclosed amount. These include WFNB (92.7 The Rock) and W295CQ/Brazil, Classic Country WIVG (105.5 The Legend)/West Terre Haute and Soft AC WAMB & W258BA (The Breeze)/Terre Haute. JKO also owns Classic Hits WMMC/Marshall, IL just west of Terre Haute.

DLC Media also operates Rock WFML (96.7 The Rock)/Vincennes, IN under Time Brokerage Agreement (TBA) with Vincennes University Foundation. Crooks noted that 3 Towers may strike a similar arrangement to operate the station.
Crooks began his broadcasting career in 1980 and has owned stations since 1999. He served in the Indiana House of Representatives from 1996 to 2008 and unsuccessfully ran for Congress in 2012.
Crooks noted, "I am ready to slow down and knock more items off my bucket list. It's been a great ride. I am confident I am leaving the stations, staff, and the communities they serve in good hands."
