BIA Advisory Services has released its updated March 2026 Broadcast Media Transactions Report, showing continued deal activity across the radio sector both for the month and year-to-date.

According to BIA, radio transactions totaled $25.0 million in March, spanning 60 station sales. Year-to-date, radio deal volume reached $55.9 million across 119 stations, reflecting steady consolidation activity in the industry.

The largest radio transaction in March was Connoisseur Media's acquisition of four stations from NRG Media in Lincoln, NE for $5.75 million. The deal includes KBBK-FM (B107.3), KLIN-AM and translator K257GN (News Talk 1400/99.3), KLNC-FM (105.3 The Bone), K233AN (Red 94.5), all licensed to Lincoln, along with KFGE-FM (Froggy 98) licensed to Milford, NE.

The second-largest March transaction saw Bible Broadcasting Network purchase WLNK in Charlotte, NC from Urban One for $4.2 million.

Year-to-date, the largest deal remains the February sale of three Florida stations by Hall Communications to MARC Radio Group for $9 million. That transaction included Country WPCV-FM (97.5), Adult Hits WONN (1230), W296CS (107.1), W240DB (95.9), and Talk WLKF-AM (1430).

BIA continues to track both transaction value and station volume across radio and television on a monthly and year-to-date basis, providing a snapshot of ongoing activity in the broadcast marketplace.
