Steve "Steve-O" LaTart, the longtime executive producer of Dave Ryan's morning show on the Twin Cities' KDWB's has lost his job as part of the recent wave of iHeartMedia layoffs. LaTart said learned he had lost his job in the parking lot of a Home Depot. He posted on Facebook: "I gave my time, energy, ideas and effort to something and today they decided I was no longer needed."
Also gone is Hunter Quinn who co-hosted mornings on Cities 97.1 since February 2019. Quinn wrote on Facebook: "Very tough day today. I had such high hopes coming to the Twin Cities and hosting a morning show, but so many things have changed and my hard work, creativity and ideas are no longer required. It was numbing to hear the script while being let go ... I'm letting things sink in and I'll let you know what's next."
