Sunway Joins Morning Show on KUMU-FM (94.7) Honolulu

Pacific Media Group/Honolulu adds singer, songwriter, performer and two-time Na Hoku Hanohano Awards nominee Sunway to the "Rise and Drive Morning Show," joining Devon Nekoba on Rhythmic Oldies KUMU-FM, weekdays from 5-10am and continuing on the midday shift from 10am-2pm. She previously worked with local comedian Andy Bumatai as his sidekick and fill-in host on his nightly television program "Late Night with Andy Bumatai."

"Bringing Sunway on board was an easy choice given her charming personality, local roots and wealth of experience with live audiences having performed in nearly every venue in Waikiki," said Program Director Kelsey "K-Smooth" Yogi. "She is a veteran member of our local music community and her natural ability to adjust to unpredictable situations on-air is clear."
