iHM Names Hillman EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary

iHeartMedia appoints David Hillman as its new Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary. In this role, Hillman will be responsible for overseeing all legal affairs at iHeartMedia, including compliance, regulatory matters, and corporate governance. He will also lead the company's Government Affairs, Business Affairs, and Privacy teams.

Most recently, Hillman served as Chief Legal Officer and part of the founding leadership team at Venu Sports, a streaming joint venture between ESPN, FOX, and Warner Bros. Discovery. Before that, he held a range of senior legal roles at Paramount Global, including Executive Vice President and General Counsel of CBS Sports and CBS News & Stations. His earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel at both Simon & Schuster and Westwood One.

"David has very relevant experience across a range of media businesses, as well as specific familiarity with the audio industry," said Bob Pittman, Chairman and CEO of iHeartMedia.
