KPNT/St. Louis PM Talent Ashley ''Lux'' Mohr to Exit

KPNT (105.7 The Point)/St. Louis afternoon personality Ashley "Lux" Mohr will exit the Hubbard Radio Alternative outlet in May after 15 years at the station. She began hosting the PM drive slot in 2013. Mohr has been with The Point since 2007, except for a brief time in 2017 when she hosted mornings on CHR KNOU (Now 96.3) with Tom Convy for a year.

In a post on the station's website, Lux said, "First and foremost, I'll always be Lux from The Point in my heart, and I can't imagine heading down this new path without you. I have sometimes joked that radio was my husband and that I was married to my career, but I've learned that more than anything I'm married to the connection I built with all of you.

"And as I always have, I'm going to keep following that passion. Some surprises are already in motion but I'm not at liberty to share just yet. (Though I can promise you when I do, it will be good)."

KPNT OM/PD Tommy Mattern added, "Lux has been an integral part of The Point for the last 15 years as an on-air talent and content creator. She was at the forefront of our digital efforts as The Point's first 'radio influencer.' We have benefited from her on-air work, interviewing skills, and her social media presence. Lux will definitely be missed."
