Central Florida Veteran Talent Rejoins WPCV Lakeland

Melissa Moran

Former morning personality Melissa Moran returns to WPCV-FM (97 Country) in Lakeland-Winter Haven, FL to host middays from 10am-2pm, beginning Monday, April 3. She previously co-hosted WPCV mornings from 2008-2017. Prior to WPCV, Moran's radio stops included WFLZ/Tampa and WBTS/Atlanta. With WPCV, Moran is both a CMA and ACM award winner.

"We're so happy to have Melissa back at WPCV," said Hall Communications VP of Programming Bob Walker. "She's a big-league talent and knows how to connect with our listeners and clients."

"I've really missed radio," added Moran. "Since leaving WPCV, I've become an award-winning audiobook narrator/voice over talent and I'm also a certified life coach. But I really miss the connections and intimacy that radio can have with its listeners ... plus, it's a really fun business. I am happy to be re-joining Hall Communications and all my friends at 97 Country in Lakeland."
