ESPN Madison is launching a new afternoon show entitled "Jim, Matt and Molly" on July 15. "Rutledge and Hamilton" featuring Jim Rutledge and Olympic Gold Medalist Matt Hamilton evolves and adds Molly Brown (pictured) as a fulltime host. The show will air weekdays from 4-6pm on WTLX-FM (100.5 ESPN) in Madison, the Wisconsin on Demand App and video streaming free on the ESPN Madison YouTube channel.
Matt Hamilton, Men's Curling Gold Medalist representing Team USA at the 2018 Winter Olympics, said, "We are so excited to welcome Molly to the show. Fans can continue to enjoy our sports-comedy vibe, with Molly adding new perspectives and insights."
Molly, heard as a recurring guest and fill-in host of Rutledge and Hamilton since the show began in February 2022, is also ESPN Madison's Marketing Manager. She brings several years of hosting experience, including winning a 2023 Wisconsin Broadcasters Award for "Best Original Digital Content" as the host of ESPN Madison's Lead Her Forward special showcasing women's athletics at UW-Madison.
Jim Rutledge, longtime ESPN Madison host and marketing consultant, said, "Molly Brown is one of the most talented people I've worked with, and I'm excited to add her talent and personality to the show."
