Devan Kaney has taken over as the sideline reporter for Philadelphia Eagles radio broadcasts on SportsRadio 94WIP. Kaney joins veteran broadcaster Merrill Reese and analyst Mike Quick in the booth, as the team heads into the NFL Playoffs. The announcement came during the station's pregame show, with Kaney expressing her excitement and gratitude on social media about covering the Eagles from the sidelines.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a master's degree in broadcast journalism from American University, Kaney has been with SportsRadio 94WIP for two years. Her role at the station has included contributions to the morning drive program with Joe DeCamara and Jon Ritchie and work as a betting analyst for the BetQL Network. Recently, she co-hosted the morning show with Tom Kelly.

Besides her radio duties, Kaney is a weekend sports anchor at FOX 29 News Philadelphia and serves as an in-arena host for the Philadelphia Flyers. Her previous experience includes sideline reporting for NBC Sports, ESPN, and the Philadelphia Wings, hosting duties at SuperBook Sports and Newsy, and anchoring the Eagles postgame show for JAKIB Media Sports for two seasons.

Kaney fills the position left by Howard Eskin, who parted ways with the station earlier this month due to unresolved differences after a 38-year tenure.
