Audacy has announced that Mason Moussette -- known to listeners as "Mason on the Mic" -- will join Hot AC outlets KSWD (Emma 94.1) in Seattle and KLLC (Alice 97.3) in San Francisco. Moussette will take over afternoons at KSWD and middays at KLLC.
The move marks a homecoming for Moussette, a Seattle radio veteran who spent over 13 years at Hubbard Radio's KQMV (Movin' 92.5), mostly in afternoons, from 2007 until 2020. She later hosted mornings at Cumulus CHR KLIF-FM (Hot 93.3) in Dallas and recently co-hosted Nick Cannon's Daily Cannon show on Amazon's AMP platform.
"More big news! I'll be doing afternoons in Seattle at Emma 94.1 in addition to middays at Alice 97.3 in San Francisco!" Moussette shared in a LinkedIn post announcing the dual role.
KSWD has been without regular air talent since flipping from Soft AC "The Sound" to Hot AC last September. Over at KLLC, Moussette fills the midday slot that has been vacant since Vanessa Hale's departure in June 2023.
