Sierra H. Broadcasting has announced the return of a familiar voice to Phoenix, as Xavier "The X-Man" takes over afternoons at KAJM-FM (Mega 104.3). Beginning this fall, the veteran personality will bring his Old School sound, community focus, and energetic style to Valley listeners weekdays from 3-7pm. In addition, his "X-Man's Oldies Show" will air Sunday nights.

Xavier, who has spent more than two decades on Magic 92.5 San Diego and in syndication across Arizona, the Bay Area, and Bakersfield, said the move feels like coming home. "Phoenix has always had a special place in my heart," he said. "Mega 104.3 is family, and I'm hyped to reconnect with the community, hit the streets, and bring the music and stories that move us."

A native of East Salinas and proudly MexiPino, Xavier launched his radio career at San Jose State University with Radio Aztlan before moving on to WILD 94.9 San Francisco, Mega 100 Los Angeles, and eventually Magic 92.5 San Diego, where he has been a fixture for 25 years. Known for blending soul, R&B, and cultural connection, Xavier has developed a loyal following that extends beyond radio.

Eric Rosado, Director of Content & Programming for Sierra H. Broadcasting, said Xavier's addition is a natural fit. "He cares about the community, his listeners, and has the passion to sound authentic on the air day after day," Rosado noted. "Listeners in the Valley are in for something special."

Outside the studio, Xavier is known for his love of cars and charitable work. For 23 years, he has hosted "Xavier The X-Man's Cruise for the Cause," a car show that raises money for children with cancer. He is also frequently seen at schools and cultural events, reinforcing his reputation as a community leader.
