iHeartMedia CHR WKFS (KISS 107.1) in Cincinnati has announced the debut of "The Fred Show," set to launch Monday, February 9, airing weekdays from 6-10am ET. The syndicated morning show is led by host Fred and features a cast that includes Kaelin, Paulina, Showbiz Shelly, Jason Brown and Keke.
"We can't wait to introduce ourselves to Cincinnati and step into the next chapter with this legendary brand in such an incredible city," Fred said.
Jonathan Shuford, Director of Programming and Brand Strategy for iHeartMedia Markets Group, said the show is a strong fit for the market. "The Fred Show is exactly the morning show that Cincinnati needs," Shuford said. "Fred and the team's energy, passion, and humor are going to completely upend the morning routine in the Tri-State area, and we're honored to have them be part of the KISS 107.1 family."
Christopher Frederick, known on-air as Fred, previously held morning show posts in Austin, TX, and Charlotte, before joining iHeartMedia Chicago's WKSC-FM (103.5 KISS FM) in 2011. "The Fred Show" was added to Premiere Networks' national lineup in April 2023 and is now heard in multiple markets including Raleigh, Salt Lake City, West Palm Beach and Norfolk.
