Scott Brubaker Named GSM/DoSM for KNBR/San Francisco

Cumulus Media appoints veteran sports marketing exec Scott Brubaker as General Sales Manager and Director of Sports Marketing for Sports/Talk KNBR (The Sports Leader)/San Francisco. He joins the company from the Arizona Hotshots, where he was President of the Alliance of American Football team. Prior to that, Brubaker served as Learfield Sports VP/National Sales, Southeast and Central Region. He was also Associate GM/Director of Sales for Gopher Sports Properties and Learfield Sports and Senior VP/Sales and Marketing, for the Arizona Diamondbacks and an Account Executive for the Phoenix Suns.

VP/Director of Sales Scotty Bastable said, "We saw a fabulous fit when the opportunity arose for us to bring in a talent of Scott's caliber. He is a proven winner and leader in the sports world. Having him at the helm of KNBR will allow us to continue to be The Sports Leader for the Bay Area for many years to come."
