J.D. Justice is named the new Brand Manager for KTCO-FM (Kat Country)/Duluth, MN, effective July 15. He transfers to the Midwest Communications Country outlet from KXIA-FM/Marshalltown, IA where he was the Program Director and host of the Kix 101.1 morning show. Justice was born and raised in Minneapolis and replaces Justin Henrickson, who vacated the post to move his family to Washington State.

Duluth Market Manager Shawn Skramstad said, "We are very excited to have a person of JD's caliber join us in Duluth. JD's experience and enthusiasm will really be a game changer for KTCO and raise the stakes as country radio here in the Twin ports heats up."

Justice added, "I'm thrilled to join Shawn Skramstad and his staff at KTCO. His long-term success in Duluth speaks for itself and his knowledge coupled with the tools provided by Midwest Communications will be a solid benefit."

Justice will team up with current morning talent Brooke a.k.a. "Brookie the Rookie" upon his arrival.
