WAXY Reveals New Lineup, WQAM Rebrands as ''560 The Joe''


Entercom has announced an "enhanced" local programming lineup on Sports WAXY-AM (AM 790 The Ticket). Subsequently, sister Sports WQAM will be rebranded as "560 The Joe WQAM." Both outlets serve Miami and changes are effective August 5.

"Our stations are the home of sports in Miami. These strategic enhancements to our programming allow us to better serve fans and increase opportunities for our partners," said Entercom/South Florida Senior VP/Market Manager Keriann Worley. "We are committed to maximizing fan engagement and look forward to bringing them more coverage of their favorite local sports teams."

AM 790 The Ticket weekday lineup is as follows:

  • Tobin, Leroy & Beast, 6-10am
  • Zaslow & Amber, 10am-2pm
  • Hoch and Crowder, 2-6pm
  • Zack Duarte, 6-10pm
  • Scott Ferrall, 10pm-2am
  • Amy Lawrence, 2-6am
560 The Joe WQAM weekday lineup is as follows:
