Entercom Names Jerry McKenna as WSTR (Star 94)/Atlanta PD

Entercom Hot AC WSTR-FM (Star 94)/Atlanta appoints 31-year veteran programmer Jerry McKenna as its new Program Director replacing Ron Roberts, effective September 30. In this role, McKenna will oversee the station's on-air and digital content. Most recently, he served as Director of Programming for Cape Cod Broadcasting since 2013. Prior to joing CCB, McKenna served as OM/Regional PD of Cumulus' clusters in Worcester and Springfield, MA.

McKenna has also held programming roles for sister station WWBX-FM (Mix 104.1)/Boston, along with then CBS Radio's Hot AC WBMX-FM (Mix 98-5) and Oldies WODS-FM/Boston.
