Backyard Broadcasting Sells Multiple Pennsylvania Properties


Backyard Broadcasting PA, LLC has closed the sale of stations WILQ-FM, WLMY-FM, WWPA-AM, W267BJ, Williamsport; WZXR-FM, South Williamsport; WCXR-FM, Lewisburg; and WBZD-FM, Muncy; all in Pennsylvania, to Backyard Broadcasting of Pennsylvania, LLC.

The Seller, Backyard Broadcasting PA, LLC, is a Pennsylvania-based company headed by Daniel J. Farr. Backyard Broadcasting has no other broadcast interests. The Buyer, Backyard Broadcasting of Pennsylvania, LLC, is a Pennsylvania-based company headed by Van A. Michael. Backyard Broadcasting of Pennsylvania has no other broadcast interests.

Kail & Co., Inc. was the exclusive broker for this transaction.
