Casey Carter Appointed WNOE/New Orleans PD/Afternoon Host

iHeartMedia names Casey Carter as Program Director and afternoon host (3-7pm) for Country WNOE-FM/New Orleans, effective immediately. Carter joins the New Orleans cluster from WTKR-FM/Greensboro where she served as the Program Director and on-air host. Throughout her career, she's also served as the Assistant Program Director for WNOE, as well as an air personality for WKKY-FM (96.9 The Kat)/Charlotte. Carter began her career at WMRN/Marion, OH and is a graduate of The American School of Broadcasting in Columbus, OH.
