Envision Networks' Westar Music has added the SoundStorm Motion Picture Sound Effects Library to its library of royalty-free commercial music and effects for radio station production. SoundStorm, winner of an Academy Award for Sound Effects Editing on "The Ghost and The Darkness," is now offering their massive collection of 56,835 royalty-free sound effects to radio through Westar Music.
The library consists of sound effects heard in every film imaginable, including "A Time to Kill," "Batman Forever," "Elf," "The Fast and The Furious" and more. There are general sound effects for every purpose and a few that radio production managers haven't even thought of yet.
The Westar Music commercial library has 30 genre categories with more than 20,000 music tracks and over 258,000 sound effects all royalty-free and sourced from the broadcast industry standard. Their selections can be heard on such major broadcast networks as ESPN, Cartoon Network, CNN, HGTV, TBS and The Travel Channel.
