WPOZ-FM (Z88.3)/Orlando VP/Program Director Dean O'Neal is elevated to Vice President of Operations, overseeing seven stations within the Z88.3 family of Christian outlets. Concurrently, Therese Romano is named Z88.3 Program Director. O'Neal's 30 years in radio has taken him from Kansas City to Nashville, Daytona Beach and Orlando, where he was present for the launch of Z88.3 in August, 1995.

Romano's career in radio and music began over 30 years ago. She has served in various roles at The Z, including on-air as Z88.3 weekend host. Romano and Jon Hull were part of the Word in Music Network and The Z used their show before hiring their first local on-air talent.

Jennifer Winborn who has served as Assistant Program Director and Music Director for the last 8 years will continue on in a parttime role to afford her more time to spend with her family.
