iHeartRadio Appoints Jared Fallon as VP/Marketing

Jared Fallon is named VP of Marketing for iHeartRadio, based in Nashville. Most recently, he served as Program Director of co-owned CHR KBKS-FM (Hits 106.1)/Seattle, until being downsized last November. Prior to programming KBKS, he was PD of sister WIOQ-FM (Q102)/Philadelphia and sister WKFS (Kiss 107.1)/Cincinnati. Fallon has also served as OM/PD of then Clear Channel CHR WBIZ/Eau Claire, WI.

Chief Product Officer Chris Williams wrote in a company email, "Jared is here to give dedicated focus and attention on our marketing team and efforts. This will be vital as we set even more ambitious growth objectives in the coming year and beyond. As VP of Marketing, Jared will help lead our day to day marketing efforts, user lifecycle marketing, organic and paid acquisition strategy, ongoing subscription efforts, provide experienced leadership for the Marketing team and serve as the digital marketing advocate across all divisions within iHeartMedia."

Fallon said, "One of my primary focuses while programming has always revolved around devising intriguing promotional campaigns that would create a unique relationship between the consumers of the brand/product and grow passion for that brand... I'm excited to begin this new journey in a new city and an incredible new team."
