Beasley Media Group's 94.7 WCSX-FM's Big Jim's House Morning Show will air Motor City Rock and Roll Legend Bob Seger's first ever recorded song, entitled "The Lonely One" on Monday, March 15th at 8am.
Seger originally recorded the song, which was about the same girl he wrote about in his big hit, "Night Moves" back in 1961. It was recorded with a band called "The Decibels" while Bob was in High School. The song aired only once in Ann Arbor and six acetate copies were reportedly made by him (three for the band - three for radio stations).
"This is Seger history for all his fans, said Big Jim. "It's been a quest to find this song for years, and we're honored to have the blessing of Bob Seger's management to share it with everyone!"
