Denver's KOA 850 AM/94.1 FM and 630 KHOW Enhance Lineups

iHeartMedia Denver has announced numerous programming enhancements to KOA 850 AM & 94.1 FM, Colorado's News, Talk and Sports Station, and 630 KHOW, Denver's Talk Station.

Beginning September 20, KOA 850 AM & 94.1 FM will welcome "The Ross Kaminsky Show" weekdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and "The KOA Sports Zoo" weekdays from 3-6 p.m.

Kaminsky joined KOA in 2011 as a weekend and fill-in host, and moved to mornings on KHOW in 2016. His entertaining, highly-rated show covers the top news stories of the day, along with interesting guests and listener interaction. Kaminsky has been named "Best Talk News/Talk Show" by the Colorado Broadcasters Association and "Best Radio Talk Show Host" by Westword.

"The KOA Sports Zoo" is hosted by Dave Logan and Alfred "Big Al" Williams. Logan and Williams will be joined by Denver Broncos Color Analyst Rick Lewis, as well as JoJo Turnbeaugh, Broncos players and coaches, and other celebrities. The KOA Sports Zoo cast of characters will provide listeners with exclusive, entertaining Broncos and local sports content, including coverage of the Colorado Rockies and University of Colorado Buffaloes.

Additionally, 630 KHOW, Denver's Talk Station, will broadcast "The Situation with Michael Brown" weekdays from 6-10 a.m. and "The Leland Conway Show" weekdays from 2-4 p.m.

"The Situation with Michael Brown" is a fan-favorite and described by many as smart, funny and connected. As the Former Under Secretary of Homeland Security and Director of FEMA, Brown provides provocative insight into culture, current events and politics.

Conway has been a regular fill-in host on 850 AM & 94.1 FM KOA and 630 KHOW for a number of years. He has been called a "happy libertarian," and has an uncanny ability to interview news makers, putting them at ease while cutting to the heart of the issue. Conway's libertarian principles are clear, but his hot takes are always original.

"Both KOA and KHOW have been serving Colorado and the Rocky Mountain West for close to a century," said Brenda Egger, President for iHeartMedia Denver. "These enhancements further cement our position as the leading destination for unmatched news, talk and sports programming."
